This is an agreement between us, Iammyownlawyer.com and you, the Customer for a Service Plan or Service Plans described below, including Full Service, Documents and Guidance, Documents Only, and Ask a Lawyer (collectively referred to as "Service Plans"). In addition to the Iammyownlawyer.com Terms of Use, that govern your use of the Iammyownlawyer.com website, this Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you and Iammyownlawyer.com detailing the terms of use of the Service Plans. This Agreement is effective as of the date you accept its terms by purchasing a Service Plan and Iammyownlawyer.com receives your payment. When you purchase a Service Plan, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.

1. THE SERVICE PLAN AND YOUR ELECTING TO PURCHASE A PLAN FROM IAMMYOWNLAWYER.COM IS NOT EXCLUSIVE AND DOES NOT PRECLUDE YOU FROM SEEKING SUBSTITUTE OR ALTERNATIVE ADVICE OR GUIDANCE FROM OTHER SOURCES. THE SERVICE PLANS SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR OTHER OR ALTERNATIVE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR SERVICES.
2. You understand and agree that your purchasing and making use of any of our Service Plans is entirely your decision and that the use or non-use of the guidance and documents under any plan you purchase is totally and entirely your decision. Iammyownlawyer.com cannot under any circumstance be construed as making any decision on behalf of the purchaser of any of the Service Plans.
3. You understand and agree that Iammyownlawyer.com makes no promise or guarantee about any and all results, decisions and/or verdicts in Purchaser's case and that iammyownlawyer.com is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any result, decision, and/or verdict in your case.
4. You understand and agree that Iammyownlawyer.com is not responsible for and cannot be held liable for any error or omission on your part.
5. You understand and agree that You shall hold Iammyownlawyer.com harmless for any third party actions against you arising out of your purchase and use and/or non-use of any of the Service Plans herein.
6. Service Plan Purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse acceptance of your plan purchase.

a. Full Service
The full service is a complete "How-to" package that involves handling your legal situation from start to finish. You tell us what your situation is and we go to work for you, preparing everything you'll need for success in your case. With this package, you'll be almost as good as any lawyer to manage your case.
You'll get:

*Case strategy and suggestion of possible approaches
*Document preparation (Includes motions, answers, interrogatories, applications, petitions, etc.)
*How-to tutorial and easy-to-grasp explanation of legal principles
*24-hour access to one of our experts who will answer all your questions
b. Document Preparation & Guidance
With this package, you already have a fair idea of what you need to do but you are not sure how to proceed. We help you polish things up with a healthy dose of professional guidance presented in an-easy-to-understand format. We prepare all your documents and explain the fine points of the law including your possible in-court or out-of-court presentation.
You'll get:
*Breakdown of the legal finepoints of your case
*Evaluation of your case strategy and possible approaches
*Document preparation (Includes motions, answers, interrogatories, applications, petitions, etc.)
*24-hour access to one of our experts who will answer all your questions
c. Document Preparation
With this option, you've already figured out what you need to do and how to do it but you need the paperwork to back it all up. You want the added touch of professionalism to give your documents the crisp legal language and finesse that would make your presentation impressive. We won't give you broad generalized templates, we will give you documents specifically tailored for you.
You'll get:
*Document preparation (Includes motions, answers, interrogatories, applications, petitions, etc.)
*Legal Guidance and explanation of legal principles and options
d. Professional Guidance
This is our instant "Ask a Lawyer" package. Ask any question, get immediate answers. Get instant professional guidance on any subject of the law from one of our experts any time of the day.
8. Professional Guidance
For Purposes of Professional Guidance, each plan comes with telephone communication with a participating member lawyer during normal business hours, of up to one half (1/2) hour each, limited to three communications for Service plans 2a & 2b for each new legal matter; two communications for Service Plan 2c above for each new legal matter and; one communication for Service Plan 2d above for each new legal matter. Up to 10 e-mail communications with a participating member Lawyer with respect to a specific legal matter is available for Service Plans 2a, 2b, and 2c above and four-email communications per specific legal matter is available as an alternative to a half hour telephone communication with a participating Lawyer under Service Plan 2d above.
9. Use.
a. General Practices.
You acknowledge that iammyownlawyer.com may establish general practices and limits concerning use of its Service Plans, including without limitation the maximum number of complimentary attorney consultations you may receive in a given period of time related to one or all subjects.
b. Right to Change Practices.
You acknowledge that Iammyownlawyer.com reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
c. Responsibility for Misuse.
You are responsible for all expenses incurred or other actions that may occur through your use of a Service Plan. You must immediately alert us of any fraudulent, unauthorized, illegal, or suspicious use of a Service Plan, or any other breach of security or unauthorized or illegal activity that you reasonably suspect.
10. Authority to Enter Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity to these terms, in which case the terms "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with this Agreement, you may not sign up for or use any Service Plan. If after your purchase we find that you do not have authority to bind the entity for which you ordered, you will be personally responsible for the obligations in this Agreement and the order you placed, including without limitation, the payment obligations. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from our reliance on any instruction, notice, document or communication, reasonably believed by us to be genuine and originating from an authorized representative of your company. If there is reasonable doubt about the authenticity of any such instruction, notice, document, or communication, we may, but are not obliged to, require additional authentication from you.
11. Payment.
a. Service Plan Fees.
You will be charged in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of your initial purchase, unless you are notified of a fee change in accordance with "Fee Adjustments" below. For any Service Plan you purchase that is charged in full upon purchase, you agree that if you decide not to proceed after any service or services have been rendered in accordance with a specific Service Plan, you will not be entitled to any refund of any amount and it is your responsibility to make use of the Service Plan accordingly. For each Service Plan, your charge remains even if you fail to make use of the plan. In other words, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT USE THE SERVICE PLAN BENEFITS OR SPEAK WITH AN ATTORNEY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND. For more information regarding canceling your Service Plan, see the "Termination or Cancellation" section below.
b. Billing.
To allow payment for any Service Plan, valid credit card information is due at the time of purchase.
12. Termination or Cancellation.
Once payment is made, you will only be able to cancel your purchase and receive full refunds if you have not initiated the process of submitting your requests or materials for evaluation and if we have not commenced work on your account. you must contact us immediately if after purchasing a Service Plan, you decide not to proceed with the service.
